Fremont Audiology and Hearing Clinic wants to make sure you are educated about your hearing.  HearVu is one of the tools that we have introduced into our practice to make sure you understand your hearing loss.  Any hearing evaluation involves your audiogram with a bunch of x’s and o’s on paper at different frequencies. We don’t want to just show you a line of where normal hearing is in relation to your hearing. We want you to understand where you may be missing out.

With HearVu we can use video animation to explain how the ear works. Show your audiogram and display the communication zone and how your hearing falls in this range. Then we can filter speech, speech in noise and play recorded audio through your specific audiogram to show anyone that has come with you to the appointment how you are hearing.
